Starting her journey at EnerSys as an analyst seven years ago, Nicole has worked to become the Service Cloud Product Owner, leading innovative strategies that are transforming how companies coordinate field resources. From speaking at prestigious events like the Salesforce’s Dreamforce to spearheading global initiatives, including the recent Field Service 360 roll out for North America and EMEA. Her work is not only driving forward IT at EnerSys but is also setting a new standard for what it means to be a leader in the field.
Representing EnerSys on a global stage, Nicole has recently shared her expertise on August 27th and 28th in Sydney, Australia at the Field Service Management 2024 Summit, which included a Women in FSM Summit, where she addressed key industry challenges. Her presentations focused on innovative service delivery, recession-proofing field services, and championing women in Field Service. Nicole’s insights into the innovative processes that EnerSys has implemented to enhance service delivery showcased her strategic vision and her contributions to Women in FSM underscored her dedication to breaking down barriers for women in IT.
