He has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and international finance from global public companies spanning multiple industries including technology, energy, specialty chemicals, and manufacturing.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
